COMPANY STRUCTURE
As part of the Partners and Associate Partners, the firm has in its establishment a number of Senior Sales Engineer, Marketing Executives, Operators, Technicians and other supporting and administrative staff.
The company is headed by the Managing Director who draws up general corporate policies and co-ordinates financial and managerial issues. Technical Sales department is headed by The Technical Sales Manager. He co-ordinates the stocks and sales of technical equipments.
The Logistics and hiring operations is headed by Logistics Manager who ensures equipment hiring and other logistics operations are meeting client’s expectations.
The Alternative power business is headed by Chidi. He is in charge of developing the marketing and distribution of deep cycle batteries, Inverters and other related items

Tope is the Managing Director leading a dedicated team. He graduated with an honors degree B. Mech. Engr. from the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. He has MBA in Management Technology from Lagos State University and post graduate diploma in Logistics and supply chain from Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology. He cut his first professional teeth as a Salesman with Nigerian Breweries Plc as a Key Distributor Vehicle Salesman, as Sales Engineer with Morpol Engineering Services and R.T. Briscoe Nigeria Plc. He worked as an Assistant Mechanical Mill Maintenance Manager with Flour Mills Nigeria PLC, Lagos. He has a wealth of experience in Engineering services, Equipment sales and Logistics management. He combines excellent technical and managerial skills to lead such a dynamic, diversified and dedicated Logistics firm. He is an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management. Technical Sales Manager. Holds a bachelor degree in Geology and Applied Sciences at University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He has vast experience in computer and equipment purchasing in China and Dubai. He was the General Manager of Springwood Technology limited for 4 years before coming on board of Tanda Logistics management. Caleb is an accomplished office administrator. He also specializes in Purchasing and Supply with more than 6 years experience of the preparation and negotiation of contracts. Proficient in the purchasing and sales of products ranging from engineering raw materials to computer accessories. Versed in the use of Windows 2003 server and database applications like SQL Adeyemi Olaleye, Olayiwola. Logistics Manager Layi is the Logistics Manager leading a dedicated team. He graduated with an honours degree in B. Agric from the University of Ilorin. He has post graduate diploma in Logistics and supply chain. He cut his professional teeth as a warehouse coordinator with IJK Intermodal Transport & Logistics (Maersk Shipping Haulage Contractor). He then moved to JIBS Engineering Services Ltd as the Logistics Manager and later as the Logistics and warehouse supervisor of S.A.S Consultants Ltd. He has a wealth of experience in warehouse and facilities management, Logistics management, partitioning and construction. He combines excellent, technical and managerial skills to lead such a dynamic, diversified and dedicated Logistics firm. Adekunle Adetolu Otele.
Head Global Sourcing Kunle is a bachelor degree graduate of Electrical Engineering of university of Ado Ekiti, master’s degree of Advanced Technology Management University of Woverhampton and trained Oracle Application Developer Oracle University (NITT) Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has over seven years work experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer and Quality Engineer in several Organizations. He has worked with Index Brook Limited Port Harcourt, QAOLINE Wolverhampton West Middland, Magna Intier Plc Redditch West Middland, Caltech Production Solutions Cranfield Bedfordshire and Protech (Land and Marine) Uxbridge London Middlesex. He is the head of our overseas operations and he sources for equipment and parts overseas.
